1. General
• Shein Style House is a fashion retail service that sources items directly from SHEIN based on customer orders.
• We do not keep physical stock; all items are ordered upon request.
• These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made via our store or social media channels.
• Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our official platforms.
2. Ordering Process
• All items posted on our page are available for order, not in stock.
• Orders must be placed through our official channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, or in person).
• Once confirmed, your order will be added to our order book and placed with SHEIN on your behalf.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering.
• The remaining 50% must be paid upon collection.
• Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once the deposit is paid.
• Delivery timelines vary and depend on SHEIN’s processing and shipping schedule. We will provide estimated delivery dates after your order is placed.
3. Pricing and Payment
• All prices are listed in usd and are subject to change based on SHEIN’s pricing or currency fluctuations.
• We accept payment through Cash, Innbucks and Ecocash.
• Shein Style House is not responsible for additional charges from your bank or payment platform.
4. Delivery and Collection
• Once your items arrive from SHEIN, we will notify you for pickup or arrange delivery.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by supplier delays, customs, or logistics issues.
• Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information. We are not liable for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect details.
5. Returns and Refunds
• Since we order specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order, with clear photo or video evidence.
• Refunds or replacements are only offered in cases where the error is on our side or that of the supplier.
6. Product Information
• Product images and descriptions are sourced directly from SHEIN.
• Please note that minor differences in color, size, or material may occur due to screen displays or manufacturing variations.
• We advise reviewing product details carefully before placing an order. Feel free to ask us questions if you need help choosing the right items.
7. Customer Conduct
• We expect respectful communication at all times.
• Abusive language, threats, or repeated late payments may result in cancellation of services or refusal of future orders.
8. Limitation of Liability
• Shein Style House is not responsible for delays or product issues caused by SHEIN, customs, or couriers.
• Once items are collected or delivered in good condition, we are not liable for damage caused by improper use or handling.

10. Uncollected Orders Policy

Customers are required to collect their orders within 4 working days from the day they receive the collection message. After this period, a daily storage fee will apply of $1 a day.

If the order is not collected within 28 calendar days, we reserve the right to dispose of or resell the items. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
